How long we retain your data
We keep all Personally Identifiable Information for 12 months after the last point of contact. We will then dispose your information by the following methods:
Electronic – Data shall be deleted from the above locations. Review of the recycle bins, including Microsoft’s Secondary Recycle bin, will be carried out after deletion, and copies removed from these locations.
Paper – Paper records shall be cross-cut shredded at 69 Cardross Avenue.
